The Rural Letter Carriers Association of Orange, Rappahannock, Madison, and Culpeper counties met Saturday evening at Amissville fire hall for the annual spring dinner meeting. New officers elected for the year were: president, R. Y. Norris of Culpeper; vice president, C. B. Palmer, Washington and secretary-treasurer, Charlie Compton, Amissville.
