Davis, the group was conducted through a lighter portion of the program with awards and recognition to Bolling Roberts of Leeds, who was called upon to introduce the guest speaker of the evening, Edwin (Buddy) Ragsdale, member of the Board of Supervisors of Henrico County. Mr. Ragsdale is a past National President of the Ruritans and is presently a National Director.
