Stokes, Jr., Chairman of the 28th House of Delegates District Committee, hasj announced that, pursuant to the Democratic Party rules, Duncan C. Gibb of Front Royal has been unanimously nominated for the House of Delegates to represent Fauquier, Rappahannock and Warren Counties to succeed the Honorable Tom Frost.
Mr. Stokes further announced that Mr. Hunter DeButts, Chairman of the Fauquier Democratic Committee, Mr. J. W. Fletcher, Chairman of the Rappahannock County Democratic Committee, and he, as Chairman of the Warren County Democratic Committee, had held meetings of their respective Committees on Sept. 22 and all Committees unanimously endorsed Mr. Gibb without reservation.
