Interest, and costs by the Treasurer ol Rappahannock County, Virginia to Charlie Compton, a/k/a Charles W. Compton. And it appearing from the records of the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia, that you are interested in said land, you are further notified that I will apply on the 16th day of February, 1970, for a deed to said tract of land and that you may redeem the said land at any time before the execution of said deed by I payment of the necessary amount to the Clerk of the Circuit Court ol Rappahannock County, Virginia.
