Missionary Circle
The Hopewell Missionary Circle will meet on Monday, Sept. 29 at the home of Mrs. Roberta Russell at 7:30 p.m.
Church Homecoming
The season’s last Homecoming for this area will be held at Promise Land Baptist Church, Sunday, September 28.
Our pastor will render the morning services, followed by lunch on the grounds.
Afternoon services will be brought to us by the well-known Rev. Carter Alsberry, Pastor of Mt. Vemon Baptist Church, Front Royal, accompanied by his choir.
Everyone is invited to join us there.

Game Postponed
The Sperryville Tigers Baseball Club ball game for the benefit of the Sperryville Rescue Squad will be postponed from September 27 to Saturday, October 4. This is due to the tournament rain-out last week.
