The Chester Gap Homemakers Club met on Thursday to make plans for a workshop on padded pictures. The next meeting will be held on Oct. 2 at 7:30 p.m. at the fire hall. For further information call 635-5472.
Mrs. Olive Schaper of Hollywood, Calif, returned home after a weeks visit with relatives at the P.F. Moore ’s Blue Ridge Lodge.
Mrs. Shirley Shelton, Mrs. Bessie Parks, and cousin Mrs. Olive Schaper were guests of Mr. and Mrs. Philip Moore and grandson Marvin E. Nielsen at their camp in Spencerville, Md. last weekend.
Butch Sealock, son of Mr. and Mrs. Alfred Sealock, returned to VPI last Thursday to begin his Junior year.
