Tom Frost of Warrenton, a member of the Virginia House of Delegates, died in Richmond Thursday evening, September 18, 1969. He was stricken withaheart attack while dining at the Commonwealth Club. Mr. Frost was 64 years of age, born at Marshall, Va. and named Thomas Newton Frost. He was educated at Marshall High School and Virginia Episcopal School, Lynchburg. He represented the 28th district which is composed of Rappahannock, Fauquier and Warren Counties, and had been a member of the legislative body since 1952.
