at 11:00 AM. the following described real estate: All that certain tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in Harris Hollow, Hampton Magisterial District, Rappahannock County, Virginia, with one story frame dwelling and other outbuildings located thereon containing 2.93 acres as described by a plat and survey of Joseph G. Brogan, Sr., Certified Land Surveyor, dated August 20, 1969 and being the real estate Smith" W i I Ham Timbers died seized and possessed of. The land having been acquired by deed and will as follows: (1) Deed from Andrew Flurry, et ux, to Smith W. Timbers and Sarah Timbers dated July 24, 1948 and recorded in Deed Book 50, page 530 of the Clerk s Office of Rappahannock County, Virginia■ and (2) Will of Henry Timbers recorded in Will Book G, page 433, of the Cletk s Office aforesaid.
