NOTICE
Pearl M. Hawkins of Sperryville, Virginia, has applied for a variance in accordance with Article 11, Section 11-2 of the Zoning Ordinance of Rappahannock County, Virginia.
The above named applicant under Article 13-2-2 of the Zoning Ordinance of Rappahannock County requests approval of the construction of a fruit stand and souvenir shop on Hwy. 211 with a setback of about 40 feet (from center of the road, this being less than the setback as provided in Article 11-2 of the Ordinance, located in Piedmont Magisterial District.
A hearing has been scheduled for 10:00 A.M. on October 7, 1969 in the County Courthouse at Washington, Virginia.
The applicant and other interested parties wishing to be heard are requested to be present at that time.
