To whom it may concern:
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Title 26, Section 60 of the 1950 Code of Virginia and acts amendatory thereto, that a petition has been filed herein for the removal of the money belonging to William Peter Ramel, an infant, to the domicile of said infant by Leah Ramel, Guardian for said infant, said Guardian having been lawfu’ly appointed and qualified in the County Judge's Court in and for Broward County, State of Florida, the residence of said infant, said infant being entitled to said money under the will of Kathleen Updike Scudere, which does not restrict the transfer out of this State.
Notice is further given that said application will be made to the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia, at the Court House, in. Washington, Virginia, on the 10th day of November, 1969, at 10:00 A.M. (EST) or as soon there%.v:vvvvvwv-*vv*xxvv%*.vxs
