He reported the plan for the Amissville dual lane bad been finalized, but no date for farther activity had been released. In regard to questions concerning the route of the dual laning of 211 in the Sperryville area, he said three plans will be considered; one parallel with the present highway and one each to the right and left of the present road. . Mr. Skeens also reported that work on the by pass around Washington was ahead of schedule and the section of Route 211 now under construction should be complete shortly after the first of November. Heavy summer rains have held up work this year.
