L. H. Luttrell, his houseguest Edmond Luttrell and Mr. and Mrs. G. H. Dennis spent Tuesday visiting in Culpeper. They were callers of Misses Katie and Louise Anderson and their guest Mrs.

Mrs. B. R. Armel arid Mrs. D. D. Hudson visited their uncle, John B. Hudson Sunday at a nursing home in Fredericksburg.

Mrs. J. Carroll Racer, Jr. and family visited Mr. Racer Sunday in Martinsburg, W. Va. where he is a patient in the Newton D. Baker Veterans Hospital.

Weekend guests of J. Stant Weaver were Mr. and Mrs. Nick Penaranda and family of Fairfax and John Weaver of Washington, D. C. who had just returned from a 16-day tour of Greece, Turkey, Yugoslavia and Italy. Mr. and Mrs. George H. Davis, III of Bowling Green spent Sunday with Mr. and Mrs. George H. Davis, 3r. at their home on Gay Street.

Mr. and Mrs. C. B. Palmer attended the Richmond-V.P.I. football game Saturday in Richmond and were overnight guests of their son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Nick Valrighi.

Michael Reedey of the Shenandoah Conservatory of Music was a weekend guest of Mrs. A. M. Vemer and Mrs. Virgil Updike and was the supper guest Saturday of Mr. and Mrs. H. T. Updike.

Miss Becky Edmonds of®Front Royal was the Sunday luncheon guest of Mrs. J. M. Lillard.

William M. Stuart returned to his home in Beltsville, Md la>t Thursday after spending some time at his home on Blue Ridge
