Douglas Ricketts of Washington was proud of the 13-point buck that he got opening day of the deer season. He was hunting in the higher elevation north of Washington when he bagged his deer which Held dressed at 180 pounds. Douglas is 15 years old and took and passed the hunter safety course given by Game Warden Irvin L. Kenyon the past two weeks at the local high school. We don’t guarantee it, but maybe it helps, leff Burke is not sure whether or not he likes the deer.
