Oscar Yowell
James Oscar Yowell, 78, of Culpeper died November 14, 1969 in the University of Virginia Hospital. He was a native of Rappahannock County and a member of Mt. Lebanon Baptist Church and the Odd Fellows Lodge. His wife, Lillian Rudasill Yowell, pre-deceased him.
A funeral service was held Sunday at the Clore Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Robert Ellis officiating. Interment was in Fairview Cemetery, Culpeper. Pallbearers were Robert Carder, Tommy Beales, Percy Mason, H. C. Kilby, Thomas Winkler and William Huff.
