at the Front door of the Courthouse of Rappahannock County, Virginia, in the Town of Washington, the following described school buildings and lands:
WASHINGTON ELEMENTARY SCHOOL All those certain buddings and tracts of land located in the Town of Washington, Hampton Magisterial District, Rappahannock County, Virginia, and described as follows: TRACT No. 1: 3 acres with school buildings thereon located on the north side of Mt. Salem Avenue and being the same land acquired by deed and survey to the Rappahannock County School Board from F. Pendleton Carter et ux, dated the 3rd day of August, 1908, as recorded in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia, in Deed Book Y, page 493, SAVE and EXCEPT, however. 0.09 acre conveyed to the Highway Department as reoorded in Deed Book 93, page 702;
