Mr. and Mrs. Paul Newton and children have moved to Etlan after visiting several weeks with Mr. and Mrs. S. W. Riley since .coming here from Illinois.

Mr. and Mrs. Amos Walter of Warrenton were visitors Friday of Mrs. J. L. Walter and Mrs. Julia Curtis. Mr. and Mrs. D. G. Laing and Dr. and Mrs. Noel Laing and children will return home this weekend after spending two weeks at Bethany Beach.

Mr. and Mrs. Mitchell Green had as their weekend guests Mr. •ind Mrs. D. D. Miller, Jr. and children Peggy, Dick and Hunter of Fairfax, Mrs. William Britton and children Carolyn and Ben of Front Royal were afternoon visitors Saturday. Mr. and Mrs. George Kidwell accompanied by Mr. and Mrs. C. R. Clate of Alexandria spent from Thursday until Saturday at Sherando Lake near Waynesboro and the Clates spent the remainder of the weekend with the Kidwells.

Mrs. Russell Luttrell of Culpeper is spending this week with Mr. and Mrs. G. H. Dennis and L. H. Luttrell. Miss Mary Hughes of Richmond arrived Tuesday to spend several days in
