William E. Lynn, Jr., of Trinity Manor, Huntly, Virginia, has applied for a Special Use Permit in accordance with Article 1, Section 1-2-13 of the Zoning Ordinance of Town of Washington, Virginia.
The above named applicant desires to establish and operate a private day school, co-educational. grades 4-12, with an enrollment of not more than 200 students, located in the Town of Washington on Mt. Salem Avenue in the building and on the land formerly occupi-ed by public elementary school, located in Hampton Magisterial District.
