William E. Lynn, Jr., of Trinity Manor, Huntly, Virginia, has applied for a Special Use Permit in accordance with Article 1, Section 1-2-13 of the Zoning Ordinance of Town of Washington, Virginia.

The above named applicant desires to establish and operate a private day school, co-educational. grades 4-12, with an enrollment of not more than 200 students, located in the Town of Washington on Mt. Salem Avenue in the building and on the land formerly occupi-ed by public elementary school, located in Hampton Magisterial District. A hearing has been scheduled for 8:00 p.m on the Oth day of November. 1070, inf the County Courthouse at Washington, Virginia. The applicant and other interest parties wishing to be heard are requested to he present at that time.
