This tractor-trailer sustained only $7$ damage when it jackknifed on a curve east' of Turn Bridge on Route 211 at 3 a.m. Thursday. The 69 Mack was operated by Paul Henry Townsend of Morristown, Tenn. and is owned by Roadway Express, Inc. of Akron, Ohio. Townsend was traveling west and was unable to make the mountain which was icy. He turned around without incident and was returning to SperryviUe when the rig jackknifed and slipped over the embankment. The driver was not injured and Trooper Paul Dicks investigated the mishap. It took two heavy wreckers Friday afternoon to get the heavy rig back on the highway.
