Mr. and Mrs. Emory Conners were dinner guests Sunday of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Weldon Cline in Culpeper.
Miss Beth O’Bannon of Williamsburg was a Saturday overnight guest of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Maurice O’Bannon. The Rev. B. G. Titchenell received word on Saturday of the death of his aunt, Mrs. Gail Travis of Indianapolis, Ind.
Mrs. James Falls, Mrs. H. B. Wood and Mrs. B. G. Titchenell attended the County Executive Committee Meeting held Tuesday at Washington. Mr. and Mrs. Daniel Norman and family of Rockville, Md. spent the weekend with the former’s parents, Mr. and Mrs. Milton Norman. Mrs. Norman visited her grandmother, Mrs. Bertha Hawkins on Sunday. Mr. and Mrs. Paul Wiley and family of Bealeton were Sunday dinner guests of the Milton Normans. Mr. and Mrs. W. B. Johnson returned home on Thursday after spending the winter months in Lakeland, Fla. At a recent 4-H meeting of the 4th grade girls, Miss Ruby Jenkins gave us our 4-H project books. These were the books we chose as our project at our last meeting. We then discussed spring planting for flowers and trees.
