Starks Sentenced
Randolph Willoughby Starks of Woodville was sentenced to serve three years in the state penitentiary on each of two charges of manslaughter, the result of a traffic crash in September. Judge R. V. Snead set the sentences to run concurrently and Starks was ordered to pay court costs.
