The undersigned, John S. Thornton, as Chairman of the 25th Legislative District Democratic Committee, does hereby certify that the said Committee has determined that the nomination of the Democratic Party for the House of Delegates, General Assembly of Virginia, to represent Madison, Rappahannock, Orange and Culpeper Counties shall be by Direct Primary Election to be held on Tuesday, June 8, 1971, and that all candidates for this office shall file their declaration of candidacy with the Chairman of the said Committee at least 60 days prior to June 8, 1971, in the form and manner prescribed by law.
