Mr. and Mrs. Lyle Rector and daughter Raye of Flint Hill were visitors last Wednesday of Mrs. Perle Coffey. On Saturday Mrs. Coffey was a luncheon guest of James Nelson Rector and Mrs. Raymond Rector of Richmond at Graves Mountain Lodge. They were afternoon callers of Mr. and Mrs. Abraham Burke in Washington and overnight guests of Raymond Rector at Marshall. Mrs. Rector and son James Nelson Rector were Monday overnight guests of Mrs. Coffey. Mr. and Mrs. A. Q. Craun of Orange were dinner guests Sunday of Mr. and Mrs. Carson Johnson and son C.B. Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Taylor and family had as their guests last weekend Mr. and Mrs. William C. Crossman, Jr. of Upperville and Mr. and Mrs. F. R. Taylor of McLean. Their luncheon guests Monday were Mrs. Rebecca Settle and Mrs. Jessica Ellis of Fairfax. The Rev. Arnold Wiley and Mr. and Mrs. Cletus Clarke, representing Reynolds Memorial Baptist Church, attended the second Bi-annual meeting of the Shiloh Baptist Association held at Bethel Baptist Church at Reva Saturday.

Mrs. Nelson Nethers returned home Friday from Martha Jefferson Hospital, Charlottesville.

Mr. and Mrs. Lester Yates were hosts to a dinner Sunday at the home of Mrs. Harvey Daily.

Mrs. D. M. Sullivan and Mrs. Isabelle Raney of Martiiisburg, W. Va. were luncheon guests Tuesday of Mrs. George W. Hawkins.

Mr. and Mrs. W. H. Lyne were weekend guests of Mrs. Lyne’s brother-in-law and sister, Mr. and Mrs. C. R. Powell at Indian Creek, Kilmarnock. David Lyne, a student at the University oi Virginia, was an overnight guest Monday of his parents, at “Intervale”.
