artists
Rappahannock citizens are warned that flimflam artists are at work in the area. They operate by purchasing an inexpensive item or small amount of gasoline and pay with a large denomination bill. Then they ask for change for other bills and in the exchange of the money they have flimflammed the merchant out of his money. Be alert!
