The following described tract of land, to-wit: 26-1/4 acres, more or less, located on the north side of State Secondary Road #729, about one mile east of Laurel Mills, as described by metes and bounds in the survey by John Boldridge, SCC, dated March, 1929, as recorded in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia, in Deed Book 35, page 145, a copy of which plat and survey is filed with the Bill of Complaint in said partition suit and marked Exhibit “A.” Reference is hereby made to said deed and partition suit for further particulars and description of the land to be sold. Sale of the above tract of land shall be subject to the approval and confirmation of the Court.
