Rappahannock County provides a good refuse service for its citizens and as can be witnessed here it is badly abused by many of the users. Directly below a sign which plainly states that items too large for the containers should not be left, reposes this worn out stove. This picture was taken a few hours after the units had been emptied and in addition to the stove two iron cots and springs were also left there. The refuse service is only as good as the customers allow it to be.
