Lot frontage required is 150 feet and these had none so the exception allowed the lots to be served by an existing 25 foot right - of way which was agreed would be sidened to 50 feet and extended to serve all of the lots.
The fire company will sell two of the lots, one two acre and one three acre, and will keep the remaining property which is used as the carnival grounds just east of the town.
