The Rappahannock County Woman’s Club is sponsoring and assisting with the clinic and members of this organization are distributing consent forms in the area. Consent forms will also be available in the following stores: Washington Cash Store, Baldwin’s Grocery, Sperryville Corner Store and Hackley’s in Amissville. The forms will also be available the day of the clinic, July 19, at the elementary school. □
