Miss Caroline Jones of Boston, Mass, is visiting this week at the home of Mr. and Mrs. George H. Davis on Gay Street. She is the sister-in-law of Mrs. Reverdy Jones III of Fairmont, W. Va. who with her son Reverdy IV is also visiting her parents, the Davises.
Dr. and Mrs. G. Tyler Miller of Harrisonburg and Mrs. Lelia Thaxton of Roanoke were Sunday visitors of Mr. and Mrs. W. Arthur Miller at Mt. Prospect.

Donald Conover spent the weekend with Mrs. Conover and daughter Beth at Sunnyside. He is on two week’s duty with the National Guard in New York.

Miss Mary Miller Wood left Thursday by plane to visit Miss Lucy Conrad in Victoria, British Columbia, Canada.
Judge and Mrs. William F. Moffett spent from Friday until Sunday in Williamsburg and toured Jamestown and Yorktown. They also were callers of Mr. and Mrs. J.E. Keyser Jr. Sunday they visited Mrs. Moffett’s parents the Rev. and Mrs. C.E. Buxton in Springfield and Mrs. Moffett remained for a week’s visit.
Mrs. W.H. Massie Jr. spent last week with her son-in-law and daughter Mr. and Mrs. W.G. Eastham at Red Hill Farm, Amissville.
