Rappahannock County Board of Supervisors granted an exception to the subdivision ordinance following a request by three parties. This action took place at the regular July meeting held Friday.
The directors and officers of Washington Fire Company with two prospective purchasers entered the request for an exception to divide a tract of land into three parcels. Water service rights had been acquired from the Washington Water Works thereby conforming with all but road frontage requirements.
