“I had a discussion with Mr. Davis and several calls and now I don’t think we’re quite ready to pass a law like this,” said Miller. “I think it needs a complete, thorough study of the whole structural field before we get into anything like this.”
“Why not pass an ordinance for inspection of standards followed in the national code?” asked Mrs. Betty Coates.
