Stir together flour and corn meal. Cut in shortening until pieces are size of small peas. Sprinkle with water a tablespoon at a time, mixing lightly until dough begins to stick together. Press into ball. Roll out on lightly floured surface to 1/8-inch thick. Using 3 1/2-inch cutter, cut out 12 circles. Fit into greased muffin pans. Bake in. preheated 400° oven 20 to 25 minutes. Fill with Chip Beef Stroganoff or your favorite creamed meat filling.
