RAPPAHANNOCK’S Supervisors can’t seem to get by a meeting without another round of talk about the Dog Problem, and the meeting on Thursday, November 2, was no exception.
Dog Warden Jack Bruce steered the conversation into an inquiry as to what the Supervisors expected of him in enforcement of existing dog laws.
“With all the insinuations, and so forth, that have been going around,” said Bruce, “should we try to enforce the collar and tag law? If I see one without a collar or a tag, can I kill him?”
