Ty Strout of Staunton was guest speaker for the October meeting of the Rappahannock Jaycees which was held last Thursday at Holly House Restaurant on the Sperryville Pike. Mr. Strout, left, has had a vivid career in the Jaycees, receiving almost every award offered by the organization, including Jaycee of the Year and Key Man. With him are Julian Brown, president of the local chapter and Connie Crenshaw of Charlottesville who is state vice president.
