RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, Robert L. Brown, affectionately known to his friends as “Jock,” has served as Deputy Treasurer and Treasurer of Rappahannock County since 1936; and
WHEREAS, the percentage of his collections has always approached 100%; and
WHEREAS, he has placed performance of his duties above his own welfare;
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of Rappahannock County does express the gratitude of the citizens of the County for a good job, well done.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of these resolutions be spread on the minutes of the Board and copy be published in The Rappahannock News and a copy be sent to Robert Lee Brown. □
