LITTLE League Baseball, Inc. has found that boyS who participate in this program were much better prepared for the challenges of lator life than the children who were not exposed tq such a program.
My own* research and experience with 1,600 boys in the Little League program proved to me that the boy who spends his early youth -an an athletic court is not likely to spend time in any other court.
Julian Brown will conduct a baseball clinic every Saturday at a school diamond where any boy nine years old or more may come and learn the rudiments of baseball, and will have the opportunity to play on pick-up teams. This clinic is a most important part of this program in that every eligible boy will be able to play ball under qualified supervision.
IN ORDER for this League to accomplish the above goals, they will need help from all the citizens of this County. Adults are needed to transport children to and from the practice sessions and games, to attend games and support the League in many areas.
