THE Rappahannock Recreation Association is gearing up for another bangup baseball season for boys in the midget, pee-wee and pony teams.
As in the past, these teams will play in the Fauquier League this season. This League is well or-, ganized and will offer boys an opportunity to compete in a league that also strives to develop the other attributes that are necessary to a well-rounded baseball player.
As does the County Recreation Association, this League stresses sportsmanship, physical fitness, - gentlemanly conduct and the strict adherence to all rules and regulations.
IN PAST seasons a few civic minded persons as Newbill Miller of Washington, Julian Brown ofSperryvUle, and others have given of their time and substance to make it possible for boys to compete on the baseball diamond under good conditions. They have literally had a ball game or practice six evenings a week.
