flow* 1 cup rolled osts 2 cup*milk .. Soak tolled oat* in milk 15 minute*. Add 1 cup flour to milk mixture. Work in remaining flour (the dough will be very stiff). Turn onto floured surface and knead into smooth, firm ball, about 1 minute. Place on greased baking sheet. With a sharp knife, •lice dough into quarters, bringing knife to, but not through, bottom. Bake in preheated 375* oven 1 hour, or until golden brown. Remove immediately from baking sheet.
