TIME IS SHORT and in just about 3 weeks it will be too late for Rappahannock County farmers to certify their crop and farm program acres at the Agricultural Stabilization and Conservation Service (ASCS) county office.
Final date for certifying is June 30.
This reminder comes from T. R. Taylor, Chairman of the ASC county committee who also suggests that area farmers have their cropland measured and staked so they will know for sure they are not over- or under-planting their land.
