whose names are unknown and that they should be made parties defendant by the general description of “parties unknown” and affidavit having been made and filed that they are unknown, such unknown parties being the widow and heirs, devises and successors in title of James Horton, son of VirgiePike, deceased, who left his home in Vienna, Virginia, in 1965, and has not been heard from since, and such parties being also the widow and heirs, devisees and successors in title of Rudolph Frazier, son of Virgie Pike, deceased, who left his home in Falls Ch-» urch, Virginia, in 1971 and has not been heard from since.
It is ordered that the said non-resident Defendants namely: Henry M. Dennis, Russell Horton, Florence Selby, Shirley Ball, James Horton, if he be living, and Rudolph Frazier, if he be living, and the said persons made defendants by the general description of “parties unknown” do appear within ten (10) days after due publication of this order and do what is necessary to protect their interests.
It is further ordered that the foregoing portion of this order be published once a week for four successive weeks in The Rappahannock News, a newspaper published in the town of Washington, Virginia.
