THE FIRST DONORS to double their dollars given to Rappahannock County Library through the recently pledged matching fund include Mrs. Helen Fairfax, J. T. Hirst, Philip Irwin, James Leake, Mrs. Emily Thackrey, Mrs. Florence Williamson, Mrs. Carol Miller, Mr. and Mrs. Walter Belson, Mrs. L. L. Voigt and Mrs. Mary Ellen Hawkins.
The matching fund of $1,300 will be used to match eaeh cash contribution made to the Library after June 1, until it is used up. This fund has been pledged by C. E. Johnson, Jr., James W. Fletcher, Thomas L. Eastham, C. W. Fannon, Jr., V. John Lyle, James P. Jamieson and Wade H. Massie III in hopes of aiding the library raise sufficient money to meet its 1973 payroll, maintenance and utility costs, and new book purchases.
