A native and lifelong resident of Rappahannock County, he was the son of the late William and Grace Jenkins Sisk.
Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Fannie Sisk of Sperryville; three sons, Charles W. Sisk of Sperryville, Otis K. Sisk of Etlan and Odell R. Sisk of Remington; six daughters, Mrs. Lewis Lee of Alexandria, Mrs. Reid Bennett of Arlington, Mrs. Flossie Nichols of Remington, Mrs. Mildred Jenkins of Etlan, Mrs. Florine Fincham and Mrs. Mazie Weakley, both of Culpeper; 17 grandchildren and four great grandchildren; two sisters, Mrs. Mazie I. Mont of California and Mrs. Lillian Turner of Culpeper. □
Atkins
Charles Clifton Atkins, 79, of Sperryville died June 12, 1973, in Newton D. Baker Hospital, Martinsburg, W. Va. He was a retired farmer, a native of Rappahannock and the son of the late James A. Atkins and Fannie Johnson Atkins.
A graveside service conducted by Elder Clarence Frazier was held Friday in Fairview Cemetery, Culpeper.
