Polo match
The final polo match to be held at Fannon Field at Laurel Mills will take place this Friday night beginning at 8 p.m. Anyone interested in seeing the games may attend. The Rappahannock Polo Club will play Deep Run Club and the Casanova Club.Q '
BASKETBALL GAME
A girls basketball game has been scheduled for Friday, October 19, at Rappahannock County High School. The school girls team will play a county woman’s team which is being organized now. Any local woman who is interested in participating on a county team should contact Mrs. Jimmy Wayland of Sperryville, phone 9878620. Proceeds of the scheduled game will benefit the high school.
