GROUND - BREAKING ceremonies for the new two-story addition to Culpeper Memorial Hospital were held Saturday morning, September 22.
Congressman J. Kenneth Robinson praised the community, the board of directors and the.hospital staff for providing a hospital facility for this section of the Northern Piedmont of Virginia. “Community hospitals such as this must be encouraged and assisted to expand and upgrade their services if the goal of quality health care for all Americans is to be achieved,” he said.
