The new law (29-144.4 b) is concerned with the use of automobile lights, spotlights and other lights, and generally prohibits their use off the roadway after 10 p.m. from October 1 to March 31. The new law reads as follows.
“Any person in any motor vehicle who, between Ten o’clock P.M. on any day and a half hour before sunrise the following day, between October One and March Thirty-one, deliberately employs a light attached to such vehicle or a spotlight or flashlight to cast a light beyond the surface of the roadway upon any place used by deer or elk, except upon his own land or upon private land on which he has permis
