The applicant has been directed to file the testimony and exhibits of witnesses to be offered in support of its application by September 14, 1973. Any person may review the testimony and exhibits of the Company on or after September 14, 1973, at the office of the Commission or notify any business office of the Company and it will be made available for review,

The Commission staff has been directed to file with the Commission testimony and exhibits showing the results of ^investigation of the „ Company’s request for an increase in rates on or before November 15, 1973.

Persons desiring to intervene and be heard should mail to the Commission by October 15, 1973, a notice showing his or her name and interest in this proceeding, care of William C.
