Charlie Thomas, RCHS cross country sensation for the past few years, who is now attending Pensacola Junior College in Florida, is still on the run. Charlie has participated in several meets since the season opened and in a Labor Day meet at the Naval Air Station’$ four-mile course he placed third in the field. Runners from Mississippi, Alabama and Florida participated. PJC coach Lou Gregory commented on the meet saying, he was pleased with the performance of the team, especially the showing made by the freshmen. □
