THE sixteenth annual House Tour and Dried Flower Arrangement Sale sponsored by the Episcopal Churchwomen of Bromfield Parish in Rappahannock County will be held October 20 and 21.
Flower arrangements will be sold only in the Trinity Episcopal Church Parish Hall salesroom in Washington, Va. on Saturday and Sunday. No special orders will be taken. The tour hours and sale will be from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday and 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. on Sunday. Block tickets will be $2 while individual houses wil be $1 each.
Box lunches will be sold each day in the area across from the Episcopal Parish Hall in Washington by patrons of the Rappahannock Community Center. A turkey dinner will be served Saturday night at the Flint Hill fire hall by ladies of Flint Hill, from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m.
On the same days and hours, the Arts and Crafts Group will hold a sale and demonstrations at the Sperryville fire hall on Route 211.
THE Rappahannock Women’s Club will join the weekend’s activities with a sale of baked goods and other items, including their newly published cook book. They will be located next
