“Well, I sort of take issue with you on that,” said George Davis. “The juvenile and domestic relations laws limit what the courts can do to persons under 18. You’d have to go to the General Assembly to correct that.”
“THEN WE’D better all get out of agriculture,” said Manwaring, “If all we can do is just say, ‘You be good fellows’.”
