“Since last year we put in two pipe culverts,” Askew said, adding “I can’t promise. But I’d be glad to meet with you and go over the road.”
“If a busload of kids are killed, who will take the blame?” Muth asked. “That’ll be the responsibility of the person who caused the accident,” Askew said.
