Mrs. Suzanne L. Lipko of Washington, Virginia has applied for a Special Use Permit in accordance with Article 5, Section 5-8 of the Zoning Ordinance of Washington, Virginia. The above named applicant desires to operate a garden restaurant, to be located in the former shop building adjacent to the former Washington Elementary School located in Hampton Magisterial District. A hearing has been scheduled for 7:30 P.M. on May 23, 1974, in the County Courthouse at Washington, Virginia. The applicant and other interested parties wishing to be heard are requested to be present at that time.
